This policy applies to all services performed and products sold by All Washed Up, including RV tank cleaning services and related cleaning products. Separate provisions may apply to physical products and services.

2. Services – Satisfaction Guarantee

All Washed Up offers a 72-hour Satisfaction Guarantee for RV tank cleaning services.

If you are not satisfied with the service performed, you must notify us within 72 hours of the appointment completion.

Upon notification, we will offer to re-service your tanks at no additional charge.

Refunds for services will only be considered if:

The service could not be completed due to our error; and
-
We have attempted a re-service without resolving the issue.

3. Products – Refunds and Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:

Pre-existing tank or plumbing damage

Mechanical failures unrelated to cleaning

Services declined or canceled after technician arrival

Odors or performance issues resulting from improper maintenance after service

Clearance or final-sale products
5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email] with supporting details, photos (if applicable), and proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
